What I collect
- Free audit form: your store address and email, so I can send the audit.
- Subscription: payment is handled by Stripe. I receive your name, email and subscription status. I never see or store your card number.
- Store access (clients only): Shopify collaborator access that you grant and can revoke at any time. I never ask for your Shopify password.
- Technical data: this site uses Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It does not use advertising trackers. Your host and form provider may keep standard server logs.
Why I use it
To send the audit you asked for, to do the monthly work you pay for, to send your reports and receipts, and, for audit requests, to follow up once or twice with something useful. Every message has a one-click way to stop.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments.
- FormSubmit delivers the audit form to my inbox.
- Render hosts this website.
- Google (Gmail, Fonts, Analytics) is used for email, for the typefaces on this site and for visit statistics.
I do not sell your data and I do not share it with anyone else.
Your choices
Email me to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop all contact. I act on it within 7 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA and I will honour them.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
